And we're going to celebrate Saturday evening, September 26, and Sunday morning, September 27
Ooh, what about vegetarian summer rolls? Some freshness with the fried stuff? Basically it's a rice-paper shell, and you can stuff it with vermicelli, carrots, red/yellow peppers, fried tofu or some other veg protein, and fresh spinach. Dip it in goddess dressing from Trader Joes.
ReplyDeleteAlso: suppli di riso. Translation: fried risotto balls with melted mozzarella in the middle. Translation: heaven.
